Our company was established on August 11, 2010, to provide real estate valuation and consultancy services under the Capital Markets Law No. 2499. It has been authorized by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) in accordance with the CMB's Communiqué Serial VIII, No: 35, titled "Principles Regarding the Companies Providing Real Estate Valuation Services Under the Capital Markets Legislation and Their Inclusion in the CMB List." The decision was made during the CMB's meeting on March 23, 2012 (Decision No: 10/342), which authorized our company to provide real estate valuation services in compliance with CMB regulations.
Furthermore, our company was authorized by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on April 4, 2013, under the BRSA's Decision No. 5271, in accordance with Article 11 of the "Regulation on the Authorization and Activities of Institutions Providing Valuation Services to Banks." We are specifically authorized to provide valuation services for "Real Estate, Real Estate Projects, and Rights and Interests Related to a Real Estate" as defined in Article 4 of the regulation.
Our management team and responsible valuation experts consist of highly experienced professionals who have worked in the real estate valuation field even before the establishment of our company.
Since its inception, our company has been providing services to domestic and international banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), financial leasing companies, insurance and reinsurance companies, public institutions, audit firms, municipalities, intermediary institutions, foundations, holding companies, and other public and hospitality sector organizations.
